General: bleeding, infection, scars, anaesthetic risks. Implant-specific: capsular contracture, rupture, rippling, sensation change, malposition and future revision. Fat transfer: variable graft take, oil cysts, calcifications. We provide full consent and monitoring.
Implants are not lifetime devices. Regular review is recommended, and revision surgery may be needed in future.
