Ideal candidates have suitable donor fat, stable weight and realistic goals. We confirm medical history, medications and skin quality at consultation.
Common areas include midface/cheeks, temples, jawline, nasolabial folds, lips (selected cases), breast contour/upper pole, and small contour irregularities after surgery or injury.
Some fat is reabsorbed. Many patients do well with one session; others benefit from a staged approach to build subtle, stable volume over time.
Bruising and swelling are expected at donor and recipient sites for 1–2 weeks. Compression garments may be used for donor areas. Most desk workers return in ~3–7 days, depending on extent.
General: bruising, swelling, infection, asymmetry, contour irregularity. Specific: variable fat survival, oil cysts, calcifications, need for touch-ups or revision. Full consent and aftercare are provided.
